EV Charging Kiosk Modification

Specification:

The customer asked for a piece of equipment, based on a production ATM kiosk frame, that could deliver air, water and EV charging capabilities for a user’s vehicle. The below specifies the product further:

• Based on the GenMega Kiosk 2 ATM enclosure

• Concept design should incorporate the fundamental placement of electrical, water and air reels as well as some internal component changes.

Stage 1 - Concept Visualization

It was specified that the electrical control box have a number of modifications made - in particular the inclusion of 2 x 120V sockets and 2 x NEMA sockets. Basic wiring was indicated on the concept drawings.

Scope change - throughout the iteration of concept drawings, the customer decided it was beneficial to place the EV charger control box on the side of the kiosk, for easier access and shorter wiring lengths.
